These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of synagen.us (the “Service”), a browser-based WebGPU game engine and editor operated by monofinitystudio. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You may use the Service to create, edit, and publish interactive content, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the projects, assets, and content you create with the Service. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, and display your content in order to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law; infringing intellectual property; uploading malware; attempting to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; or using the Service to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
The Service, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by monofinitystudio and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or software beyond use of the Service as intended.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, monofinitystudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or where required to protect the Service or its users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
